Sometimes shipping times take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond my control.
If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact me.
If you have purchased shipping with tracking then I can easily follow it up. If not then I like to wait 30 days from the date of shipping within Australia and 6 weeks internationally before I consider the parcel lost. After this time, I will happily refund or replace the item.

All orders are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then in a handmade paper pooch. This method is sweet, as well allowing to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Please contact me if you would like your item presented in a gift box for a greater shipping cost.

Sterling Silver is a precious metal and may need occasional cleaning.
We recommend cleaning with a mild detergent or silver polishing cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals such as chlorine or bleach.

We understand that you may change you mind on an item. Refunds (minus initial postage costs) may be given if the item is returned unworn and in perfect condition.
Please contact within 7 days of arrival if you want to return an item.

Unfortunately standard shipping does not include tracking. Shipping upgrades with tracking are available at the checkout.
